This Meridian-Yoga App is not a traditional Yoga App. It is NOT an illustrated book of yoga. It is excellent guide that shows you how 15-minutes of exercise can bring more energy and joy to your life.
Every pose is accompanied by how-to instructions, images and a video to help you get started.
Composition and sequence of yoga positions:
The program starts with a special Energy Massage to prepare your body for the exercise and to activate the senses you will need throughout the program.
The massage is followed by 13 Meridian Yoga poses that activate and balance all 14 meridians.
The program ends with an integration exercise that addresses all major muscles and the final relaxation pose that gives your body time to process the information and benefits received from the yoga exercises.
